]]> As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, specifically Clause 7: Captain’s Authority, the Captain has full discretion to determine the safest course of action based on current weather and water conditions. This includes the authority to remain dockside if deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of all guests. In such cases, if the event can proceed dockside with full crew service, our policy does not allow for refunds. Safety is always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding. You will receive a full refund if the Captain deems the conditions unsafe to board the vessel.

]]> There are no age restrictions for our chartered bay cruises. All children on a charter need to be watched by an adult at all times.

Some elderly folks may have a difficult time maneuvering on and about the yacht and dock. Please make sure all your guests will be comfortable moving around and can easily step on and off the dock, yacht, and the few steps that are located on the vessel.
