Where do we park, and where do we board Nerissa?

Nerissa’s home base is the Sheraton Hotel & Resort on Harbor Island — one of the most convenient boarding spots on the bay, just minutes from San Diego International Airport, downtown, and the major hotels. Address: 1380 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA 92101. Parking: on-site parking is available at the Sheraton. We provide $15 parking vouchers for those who self-park on property. Valet is available – call the hotel for current rates.

Where to meet:
Take a ticket at the kiosk to the right and park all the way around to the back of the hotel. Boarding is 15 minutes before scheduled cruise.

Option 1. Go through hotel lobby and out the back entrance. We have stickers for a reduced parking rate for everyone who parks. Go right at the whale fountain. Gather by the fire pits. Do not go onto the dock. Our crew will come up and get you.

Option 2. Take a ticket at the kiosk to the right. Go all the way around to the back and park. Take the walkway to the fire pits and gather there.

For those Ubering:
Pull up to the front entrance and walk through the lobby to the back and down the stairs. Take a right at the whale fountain and gather by the fire pits outside. Do not go onto the dock. Our crew will come up and get you. We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before departure so boarding is relaxed and on time. Prefer to board elsewhere? We also offer remote pickups from select locations such as the Marriott Marquis Marina downtown and Coronado for a $900 docking fee — just ask.
