This includes the authority to remain dockside if deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of all guests. In such cases, if the event can proceed dockside with full crew service, our policy does not allow for refunds. Safety is always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding. You will receive a full refund if the Captain deems the conditions unsafe to board the vessel.
