What is your cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit policy?

Reserving Nerissa is simple and secure. To hold your date, we require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 30 days before your charter. All payments run through our secure booking system — we never accept personal checks. We understand plans change. Charters cancelled more than 45 days before the event are eligible for a rescheduled date; cancellations within 45 days are non-refundable, as we hold your date exclusively and turn away other bookings. Need to move your date? We’re always happy to help when we can. Weather is handled separately and generously: if conditions are unsafe to cruise or do the event dockside, you’re fully refunded.
