You can choose to have one of our fantastic on-board chefs creating delicious passed Hors D’oeuvres with placed platters throughout of whatever your heart desires within your own budget. See the sample menus for our caterers and you can choose to work with whomever you like from the list.

Outside venders are welcome as long as they have a meeting with us to discuss menu and venue and provide us with a copy of their liability insurance. Outside vender fee is $250.
